Sove Studios

Workshop privacy

This policy covers the private, adult-operated Sove Studios YouTube Workshop and this information website. Contact the operator at sovestudioscpt@gmail.com with privacy questions, complaints, or deletion requests. The production tool is for the channel owner; children do not create accounts or submit information through it.

Information the workshop uses

The owner supplies story text, videos, titles, descriptions, hashtags and subtitle files. Through YouTube API Services, the workshop accesses the authorized channel's ID and name, uploaded video IDs and details, visibility and processing status, and caption-track details and content. It stores Google's authorization and refresh tokens so approved operations can run without repeated sign-in. It does not collect Google passwords or verification codes.

Purpose and approval

This information supports private video uploads, English subtitle uploads, checks of delivery status, and public release after the owner's explicit approval. The workshop verifies the Sove Studios CPT channel before delivery. Google authorization alone does not approve an upload or a public release.

Storage and sharing

Review records and delivery information are stored in the workshop's private database. Authorization credentials are stored separately in private files on its server. The operator and authorized system administrators can access them to operate or maintain the service. Server backups may retain protected copies.

Approved videos, metadata and captions are sent to Google/YouTube to carry out the owner's requested actions. Authorized YouTube data is not sold, used for advertising, or supplied to AI model training services. Story drafting is a separate workshop feature and does not use data retrieved from the connected YouTube account.

The public information pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts or account forms. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as IP addresses and timestamps, to serve and protect the site. Google and YouTube process information under the Google Privacy Policy.

Disconnecting and deleting information

You can revoke the workshop's Google access at any time in Google Account permissions. To request deletion of locally stored authorization and YouTube delivery information, contact the operator. Active workshop copies will be deleted within seven days of a verified request. Protected backup copies are removed through backup expiry; if a backup is restored, the deletion request must be reapplied.

Disconnecting the workshop or deleting its local records does not delete videos stored on YouTube. Manage or delete those videos directly in YouTube Studio. User-supplied story-production files are separate from the Google connection and can be included in a deletion request.

Retention and changes

The operator retains review records while they are needed for production, delivery or an unresolved review. YouTube status is refreshed when an operation needs current information. This policy's update date changes when its practices change.
